Rockfest will take place in Turku 12.-14. June 2025

Finland's biggest rock festival Rockfest will take place this summer in Turku, from Thursday to Saturday 12-14 June 2025.

You'll find all the information you need to plan a successful festival trip on this page.

To Rockfest with line 100

Linja 100 runs from Turku city centre, the bus station and the railway station to the event. In the city centre, the bus stop is located on Maariankatu. In the event area, the bus stop is located at the intersection of the Artukainen runway and Messukatu, almost opposite the main gate. Please follow the Rockfest shuttle bus signs to find the correct bus stops!

Routes from the city centre to the festival area start at 15:00 on Thursday and 14:00 on Friday and Saturday. Return shuttles will start between 20:00 and 21:00, and will continue until the end of the evening.

You can buy a single ticket with local payment, on the mobile Föli app, at service points or ticket machines. The single ticket is valid for 2 hours in the whole Föli area and costs 3,15 € per adult. There is also a sales point in the event area, near the bus stop, where only the contactless payment is valid. Cash will not be accepted on buses or at the ticket office.

Buses are wheelchair accessible. If you need help getting on the bus at the end of Artukainen, please call the nearest security officer for assistance!

Travelling to the Market Square

Bus tickets can be easily purchased with a local fare when boarding. One-way tickets are €3.15 for adults. The ticket is valid for 2 hours and includes the right to change.

Only one zone is used for Föli transport, so the same single ticket is valid for the entire Föli travel area.

Those arriving at Turku Central Station will find the nearest bus stop directly in front of the railway station, where bus 1B will take you to Turku Kauppatori.

For those arriving at Kupittaa station, the FöIi bus stops are located in front of Kupittaa train station, from where lines 32, 42, 53 and 53A will take you to Turku Market Square.

Contactless payment

You can pay for your trip with a debit or credit card or mobile device!

When you board the bus, show the card reader your debit or credit card or mobile device with a contctless payment. Then just enjoy your journey!

When paying with the contactless payment, a single ticket costs €3.15 and includes a 2-hour exchange.

Single tickets

In addition to the contactless payment, you can buy a one-way ticket from the Föli app, R-kiosks in the Turku area, ticket machines or service points.

A ticket costs €3.15 per adult and includes a two-hour changeover time.

Daily tickets

Daily ticket allows you to travel for 1-7 days on FöIi services. You can buy a day ticket from the Föli app, service points and R-kiosks in the Föli area.

You can also buy a day ticket from the driver with local payment or cash, and from Föli ticket machines.

A one-day ticket costs €8.30, a two-day ticket €11.40 and a three-day ticket €14.60.

With Föli bike to Rockfest

There are more than 700 city bikes in use in Turku and more than 200 bike stations. The locations of the stations can be found in Föli's route guide (Opens in a new tab), the Turku service map and the Donkey Republic app.

The nearest Föli bike station is located on Messukentänkatu before the main gate.
