What are the Föli bikes?

The Föli bikes are Turku’s shared city bikes. City bikes have all kinds of uses but are meant mainly for short-term use. Users can pick up and drop off a bike at any marked Föli bike location. The bikes are available 24 hours a day during the summer season from the beginning of April to the end of October.

To gain access to using the bikes, you need to register as a Donkey Republic application user. You can choose either a Föli season pass or a season product at the price of EUR 35 per cycling season, a monthly product at the price of EUR 9 per month or a single product at the price of EUR 2 per time. If you have a code (e.g. a discount code), you can enter it in the discount code field to activate the permission to use the bikes. All products include 1 hour of cycling time. For any time exceeding this, a fee is charged from you according to the valid price list for additional time.

The Turku city bike system has 700 bikes and at over 200 stations. Requests for new station locations can be sent through the City of Turku feedback service.
