What does it require to receive travel card refund?

You can apply for a refund for the current season of your travel card if you no longer need it. The refund is calculated based on the lowest applicable daily rate in effect at the time.

Daily rates used for refunds:

Children’s season ticket: €0.761 per day
Youth, student, senior and disabled season tickets: €1.065 per day
Adult season ticket: €1.519 per day

The value of a travel card or season ticket balance that has not yet been used on a bus can be refunded at a service point for a refund fee. The card fee is non-refundable.

Refunding to an estate requires filling in a refund application. The application must be submitted to Föli within one year of the date of death. A processing fee is deducted from the amount to be refunded.

If the need for a refund is due to Föli's error, a processing fee is not charged regardless of the refund method. Any requests for clarification must be made within two (2) months of the occurrence.
