I fell off the bike and now it is damaged! What should I do?

You should first check that you are okay and if necessary, call the emergency number 112.
If the bike is damaged, you should report this to the Donkey Republic customer service. You can reach the customer service by telephone and via the Donkey Republic app. If the bike frame or tyres are damaged during your rental period, you are liable for the damage. Donkey Republic may have to charge you for repair costs.
The currently valid prices for the charges are:
• Frame – EUR 100 charge
• Handlebar – EUR 50 charge
• Tyre – EUR 50 charge
