How much does it cost to use a Föli bike and what should I take into consideration related to payment? And how do I pay with a coupon code?
The Föli bike price list is available on the Föli bikes webpage. Prices are also displayed in the Donkey Republic app.
The current payment methods are Finnish debit cards, Visa, MasterCard and American Express.
NB! Please remember that if you have a Föli season pass topped up with at least a 30-day access, you can use a Föli bike for one hour at a time without a separate fee. You can do this by selecting a Föli season pass as your membership type, entering your travel card number and your date of birth on the app. The system will check that your access covers the Föli bikes, after which you can start renting the bikes.
Two types of discount codes are also available for the system. Use a coupon code to rent a bike at a lower price - or perhaps for free.
Membership code:
1. Sign in and enter your payment details if you have not entered them earlier.
2. Go to the membership code section in the main menu and enter your code.
3. Go to the membership section. A new product at a discount given based on the code is now displayed there.
4. Select the product you want.
One-off rental
1. When renting a bike using the app, you select a pick-up location and bike on the map view. In the same view where you agree with the terms and conditions and decide on whether to get theft insurance, you will find a section for entering a discount code at the top of the view.
2. Enter the code you received.
3. Continue to pay and start cycling.
When booking, you should receive an email from Donkey Republic. It will be sent to the address you have entered on the app. If you don't see the message, please check your junk mail. Find a payment receipt at the end of this message. For example, if you need a different receipt for bookkeeping, contact the Donkey Republic customer service by telephone or via the app.
When renting, the system makes a 0.50 euro card authorization on your payment card to check that the card information is correct and that there is balance on the card. The amount will be refunded automatically. If you have any problems with your card authorization, please contact Donkey Republic customer service.
