Feedback

How to submit feedback to Föli

You can submit feedback to Föli via the City of Turku feedback service. (Opens in a new tab) We aim to process feedback no later than 14 days after it is received.

To help us handle feedback as smoothly as possible, we ask that you include as much detail as possible in your message:

  • which line the feedback concerns
  • the area and time in question
  • any other relevant background information to support clarification of the situation

Not all feedback is published automatically, so that important fault reports and their responses can be easily found among the published feedback on the front page. Feedback is responded to only if the person submitting it has selected the option “Request for contact”.

Inappropriate feedback is neither responded to nor published. Feedback can also be submitted anonymously to Föli, but please note that anonymous feedback is generally not responded to separately and is not published. All feedback is nevertheless taken into account and forwarded to an expert or the operator for processing.
