Why didn’t I get a receipt when I paid with contactless payment?
A receipt is not usually printed when using contactless payment. Instead, the debit card used for the payment serves as the ticket if you change buses. You can check your charges and trips in the My Contactless Payments section in the Föli shop (Opens in a new tab). There you can also print receipts if needed.
Still, before you pay, you can ask the driver to print out a paper ticket. In this case, the printed ticket serves as a single ticket with a two-hour transfer time, and the price cap for contactless payment does not apply.
