What is the difference between a personal card and a holder-specific card?
Holder-specific adults’ cards can be used by anyone. A personal card can only be used by the card owner and may not be handed over to another person. Personal cards are issued to children under 15 years of age, to young people 15-19 years of age, to senior citizens over 65 years of age, and to students and persons with disabilities under certain conditions. Disabled war veterans and front-line veterans can get a free card for travel in the Föli area.
