How does an event ticket work?

1. Make a billing agreement

Fill in the billing agreement application from here (Opens in a new tab) and contact us: folin.yrityspalvelut@turku.fi (Opens in a new tab).
Great! You can now start offering a Föli ticket in your event ticket. Payment is based on usage.

2. Lippu.fi opens the interface

The company asks Lippu.fi to open an interface to enable the barcode on the event ticket and the linking of the event ticket and the Föli journey.

3. Delivery of marketing materials

Your company logo will be added to the Föli website and to the digital bus displays with our other partners.

4. The event ticket includes a Föli ticket

The ticket is valid on Föli buses and water buses for three hours before the event and three hours after the event.

Meetings and congresses

The Föli ticket can be attached to an invitation to a meeting or congress, for example - it can be printed directly on the invitation or sent by email. The ticket is read from the QR code on the invitation on the bus or water bus, so no separate Föli ticket is needed.

1. Contact Föli in advance (folin.yrityspalvelut@turku.fi). We will make an billing agreement.

2. Please indicate the desired validity period for the tickets when ordering, so that the tickets are valid at the correct time.

3. The Föli ticket can be delivered to the customer for example by email or be printed out. The event organiser is responsible for distributing the tickets to the customer.

4. The barcode ticket must be displayed on the reader every time the customer boards the vehicle.

5. Föli will invoice the tickets after the event. The price is EUR 1,20 per boarding.
