The goal of the website ‘Föli – Turku Region Traffic’ is to offer its users an easy-to-use and accessible online service in accordance with the Act on the Provision of Digital Services. This accessibility statement applies to the service www.foli.fi (Opens in a new tab) and has been updated on 7 February 2025. The service is subject to the Act on the Provision of Digital Services, which requires public web services to be accessible. The accessibility of the service was assessed by an external expert organisation (Gofore Oy) in 2021 and again by the Regional State Administrative Agency in 2023.

The accessibility of the online and digital services of the City of Turku are under constant review

The City of Turku is in charge of the online services Turku.fi and Föli.fi. Our goal is to provide as many users as possible with access to our digital services. We are taking accessibility into account when developing digital services, and we are working continuously to improve accessibility.

The accessibility competence of the City of Turku is developed systematically and resolutely. The framework agreement providers of the City’s accessibility services will evaluate the City’s current digital services and websites. Based on the evaluation, the accessibility of services will be developed to meet the requirements of the law for each service.

In the development and procurement of new web services, accessibility is considered from the beginning. Accessibility training is arranged for all parties participating in the development of web services and in the production of their content.
