Föli’s online loading service has been given a facelift and a new name. The same familiar services are now available in the Föli Shop. (Opens in a new tab)
Through the Föli Shop you can load a season ticket or value onto your travel card, check the validity dates of a season ticket or balance on a travel card, check the journeys that you have made using contactless payments and the associated fees, and authenticate your student status or status as a commuter ticket user.
Registering with the Föli Shop will save you time and effort
Loading a travel card becomes even easier than before once registered with the Föli Shop, because registered users can save their travel card number onto their own cards. Once this has been done, you no longer need to re-enter your travel card number every time you reload, instead, all you need to do is select the card you wish to load from the list shown. Registered users will receive receipts for purchases conveniently by email and will be able to see the season ticket end date and balance remaining on value cards if they have saved their travel card number.
User credentials used for online loading also work in the Föli Shop, i.e. there is no need to set up a new user account if you were already a online loading service user. It is also possible to use the Föli Shop without registering. You can use the service without registering by clicking on the text "continue without login" below the login screen. Guest IDs (vieras, vieras) are no longer in use.
How do I use the Fölishop to load my travel card?
1. Go to the web address https://kauppa.foli.fi and log in to access the Föli shop. After logging in, you will get access to the 'load your card' page.
2. Add the cards that you wish to load to your shopping basket on the 'load your card’ page. To do this, please enter the number of the travel card in the field above the shopping basket. If you have saved the numbers of the cards in your profile on the Profiles page, you can simply choose which card to load from a list.
3. After adding a card to the shopping basket, for season tickets, you will automatically be shown the period that the card can be loaded with. When loading value cards, you can choose in the shopping basket how much value you want to load the card with. The default amount is 20 euros.
4. After adding all the loading services that you need to the shopping basket, click on the Payment button and choose your preferred payment method. Follow the instructions provided by the payment service provider. After paying, please wait until your browser returns you to the Föli shop. This will take a few seconds.
5. Take your travel card and get on a bus.
