Errors in Föli's real-time information at stop displays fixed

During 2024, errors in the departure times were detected at the Föli stop displays, especially at the Market Square stops. The displays have occasionally shown the wrong, too late departure time, which may have caused confusion for passengers. The problem was caused by a technical fault where, in some situations, extra waiting time was calculated for the timing stops, resulting in the wrong times being displayed at the following stops.

The problem has now been fixed and the departure times are now displayed correctly on the stop displays. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank passengers for their patience. Föli will continue to develop its real-time services to ensure even more accurate passenger information.
