Why was I charged twice after using several devices to pay? Will I get a refund?

Mobile wallet apps and the devices linked to them all create device-specific virtual account numbers. Therefore, you should use the same payment card or mobile device for each journey to ensure that the price is correct. If you have both a phone and a smartwatch, e.g. Apple Pay and an Apple Watch, you must use the same device for every payment, because these devices will not be linked.
