I tried to find a receipt, but I cannot see a single transaction linked to my payment card number. Why is that? I used a mobile wallet.

When using a mobile wallet, you will need your virtual account number (DPAN). In other words, the mobile device’s card number is different from the number printed on your payment card. In most apps, you can find your virtual account number under Settings -> contactless payment card information. Read through your mobile wallet’s instructions to find your virtual account number. Only the last four digits of the virtual account number will be visible. Additionally, you will need to know the travel date and the bus route you took to find the receipt.
