Why was my travel card confiscated?

All discounted Föli travel cards and complimentary passes are personal. Bus drivers and inspectors are entitled to confiscate cards if they suspect misuse. The card will remain confiscated for two weeks from the day of seizure. For complimentary passes, the confiscation will last for one year. School pupil cards are an exception. They can be collected immediately upon arrival at Monitori Market Square. After the confiscation period, you can pick your card up at Monitori Market Square. Upon pick-up, you must pay a processing fee of 7,30 euros.
