What should I do if the bike gets stolen during my rental period?

Let's hope that it won’t happen! Make sure the bike is always locked when you’re not using it. Also use the chain the bike comes with when locking it whenever possible.
In the case it still happens, you should get in touch with Donkey Republic without delay. If you did not buy the theft insurance (EUR 2) when booking the bike, we will have to charge you a missing bike fee.
Remember that with local membership, theft insurance is always included in all your rentals.
