Föli shop did not load anything onto the travel card. What do I do now?

When loading a travel card in the Föli shop, it is important to wait that the browser returns to the service provider’s webpage after the payment transaction. If the amount was charged from your account but not transferred to the card, you should visit a Föli service point or contact the customer service by telephone or chat. It will be easier and quicker to clarify the situation if you give us your travel card number and the reference number of the payment.
