Is it possible to change a travel card from a Tupla card to a season card or a value card?

It is possible to change the type of a card free of charge. You can contact Föli’s customer service by phone, chat or at a service point, which can be found in each Föli municipality.

You can top up both a season ticket and value on the same Föli card. This means that you no longer have to contact Föli Customer Service to change the card type between season tickets and value cards. You can choose whether to top up value or a new season in the Föli shop, Föli-app or at service and charging points. If the card has both an active season ticket and value, it will primarily use the season ticket.

A double card is a separate product, so if you want to switch from a double card to a seasonal or value card, please contact customer services, for example by phone or chat.
