I have lost my travel card, what do I do now?

All found travel cards are delivered to Monitori Market Square, so you can inquire after your lost card there. If the card cannot be found, it can also be replaced for a payment of 12 euros. A new card costs 5 euros, and a 7-euro processing fee is charged for transferring balances. This invalidates the old card and transfers the remaining balance/term to the new card. If the card only has a few days or less than 7 euros in balance left, you should not replace the card. Get a new one instead.
