How should I return the bike if the drop-off station is full?

The city bike system includes stations with physical racks as well as virtual stations. In the Turku city centre area, the station network is based on stations with racks, and outside the city centre, the stations do not necessarily have any physical structures.

If you are returning a bike to a drop-off station with a rack and it is full, you do not need to attach the bike to the rack. Simply return the bike to the area marked as a drop-off station. Station locations can be found in the Donkey Republic app, which is also used for renting and returning the bikes. However, be sure to lock the bike even if you could not fit it on a rack!
