How can I get a refund for a charge made incorrectly?

You need to contact Föli’s customer services at Monitori at the Market Square within 30 days of the error. You must also fill in a refund application.

No refund will be made if a payment for a journey is accidentally taken from a debit card even though the passenger intended to pay with their travel card. Travel cards must not be presented to the card readers through a wallet/phone case.
