The Föli bikes are subject to the same regulations as normal bikes. You should pay attention to where the city bike drop-off zones are located and keep in mind that the bike should always be returned to the rental city. This means that you may not activate a bike in Turku and then ride it to another city using Donkey Republic bikes.
