Lost property and missing travel cards
You can inquire after a lost Föli card over the telephone, by using the chat service or visiting Monitori Market Square. You can inquire after any items left on a Föli bus at Suomen Löytötavarapalvelu.
Lost Föli cards
If you lose your Föli card, you can inquire after it by telephone (+358 (0)2 262 0100), through chat (top of the page) or by visiting Monitori Market Square (Aurakatu 8).
The customer service is open Mon–Thu 9 am–5.30 pm, Fri 9 am - 3.30 pm. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Check the exceptional opening hours from Monitori Market Square's website.
Every Monday, the lost cards from the previous week are delivered to Monitori Market Square. If you have lost your card over the weekend, for example, you may ask for it on Monday after 2 pm in the afternoon. Lost cards are stored for three weeks.
Replacing a lost card
A lost card can be replaced with a new one, i.e. a season product or value balance loaded onto a lost card can be transferred to a new card at a Föli service point. A new card costs 5,20 euros, and a 7,30-euro processing fee is charged for transferring balances. Remember to bring proof of ID with you when you go to a service point.
Did you find someone’s Föli card?
You can return the Föli card to a service point or give it to the bus driver. No reward will be paid for the return of lost cards.
