I paid by contactless payment on the bus, but I don’t think the amount is right. What should I do?

The most common reason for charges is that the system was not able to receive payment for a previous time you took the bus, in which case the system will charge the fees later, and the next card stamp will usually perform the charge. 

Payments are charged from your account the following night. Check your journeys here (Opens in a new tab) first and compare them with your bank statement. 

If something is unclear, you as the customer have to contact Föli customer service at Monitor Market Square within 30 days of the error occurring.
