Exceptional opening hours for customer service

On this page we inform you about the opening hours of the Föli phone and chat service and the Monitori Market Square. Föli’s customer service point at the Kauppatori Monitori serves Mon–Thu 9 a.m.–6 p.m. and Fri 9 a.m.–4 p.m.
 

Chat and phone service is open from 22 December 2025 to 31 January 2026, from 9:00 to 16:00.
On Tuesday, 30 December, chat and phone service will be exceptionally closed.

The Föli service point at the Monitori Market Square is open on 31 December from 9:00 to 16:00.

All Föli customer services will be closed on New Year’s Day, 1 January 2026, and on Epiphany, 6 January 2026.
