Buses will start running to Kuhankuono/Kurjenrahka National Park on 4 June 2018 and continue to do so until 12 August 2018, meaning that the trial will last for the duration of the school holiday period. Kuhankuono will be reachable for the price of a normal Föli fare both on weekdays and weekends, providing an affordable public transport connection to the area. The public transport trial is co-financed by Föli, Turku, Kaarina, Lieto, Masku, Mynämäki, Naantali, Nousiainen, Pöytyä, Raisio, Rusko, Metsähallitus and the Regional Council of Southwest Finland. If the connection is used frequently and is thus deemed necessary, the trial will be continued in 2019. Visitors can have a look at the hiking trails of Kuhankuono in advance on the Kuhankuono website.

PLEASE NOTE! The buses running to Kuhankuoono are subject to the same exceptions as other Föli traffic, meaning that buses will be running according to exceptional timetables on Midsummer!
