The street areas surrounding the Turku Market Square and the bus stops in the square will be ready for public transport at the end of October 2022. As a result, Föli buses will return to the Market Square on Monday 31 October. The Market Square project has been underway since 2018, and during these changes, public transport has used temporary routes in the centre of Turku.

The stops will be moved around the renovated Market Square and on Eerikinkatu and Aurakatu. However, three stops in the centre will remain on Linnankatu and one pair of stops will remain on Aurakatu at the City Hall park. Puutori will also remain in the use of some of the lines that currently use it.

Contrary to earlier information, all of the departures of lines 6, 7, and 7A will be able to use their assigned stops - A2, D2 and A6.

Föli staff will be on hand in the Market Square area on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from the early morning to guide customers to their correct stops. Assistance and advice will also be available from Föli customer service at the Monitori Market Square service point, which opens on Monday at 9;00.

Due to future changes to the stops, Föli's current summer timetable season with its current stop arrangements has been extended for about a month. The winter timetables will be introduced along the Market Square stops on Monday 31 October.
