Changes in the opening hours of Monitori at Market Square

The services of Monitori at Market Square have become congested in January. Unfortunately, this has also affected the availability of the Föli customer service. The ticket dispenser has often had to be closed before the actual closing time.

From now on, we will announce the opening hours according to the closing of the ticket diespencer, i.e. Mon–Thurs 9:00–17:30 and Fri 9:00–15:30. However, the premises are open until 18.00 Mon–Thu and 16:00 on Fridays. If it is not a busy day, the service may be available even if you arrive shortly before the closing time. The telephone service and chat function as before, i.e. Mon–Thu 9:00–18:00 and Fri 9:00–16:00. We apologise for the inconvenience this may cause to Föli’s customers.

Remember that the travel card can be loaded at all Föli charging points, such as R-kioskis and the Föli shop. You can check the location of the charging points here. (Opens in a new tab)

The card type can be changed from a value card to a season card by calling the number +358 2 262 0100 and via chat at foli.fi.
