Lost travel cards

Several found travel cards have been brough to the Föli's Service Office and they are waiting for their owner to come pick them up. So if you have lost your travel card, please contact the Service Office by phone, chat or visiting the office.

If your travel card has been lost but it has not been delivered to the Service Office it is possible to replace the lost card with a new one. A season product or value balance loaded onto a lost card can be transferred to a new card at the Public Transport Service Office. The remaining period of the season product will be loaded onto a new card starting from the day you inform the Service Office that your card has been lost. A processing fee of 7 euros will be charged for the transfer, in addition to a card fee of 5 euros for the new travel card. Remember to bring proof of ID with you when you go to the Service Office.
