Buses will start running to Kuhankuono/Kurjenrahka National Park on 23 April 2019 and continue to do so until 22 September 2019. Kuhankuono will be reachable for the price of a normal Föli fare both on weekdays and weekends, providing an affordable public transport connection to the area. The public transport to Kuhankuono is co-financed by Föli, Turku, Kaarina, Lieto, Naantali, Pöytyä, Raisio, Rusko, Metsähallitus and the Regional Council of Southwest Finland. Visitors can have a look at the hiking trails of Kuhankuono in advance on the Kuhankuono website.
PLEASE NOTE! The buses running to Kuhankuoono are subject to the same exceptions as other Föli traffic, meaning that buses will be running according to exceptional timetables on Midsummer!
Some departures on lines 21 and 23 continue from Tortinmäki via Säkyläntie and Turunväylä to Kuhankuono in Kurjenrahka National Park. Between Tortinmäki and Kuhankuono, the lines also stop at Turku bus stops as necessary.
The Kuhankuono terminus is located at the edge of the national park’s new car park.
