The Föli Service Office to move to Monitori Market Square on 16 September

The Föli Service Office (Aurakatu 5) will move to Monitori Market Square, a joint centralised customer service point of the City of Turku and Kela, (KOP-kolmio, Aurakatu 8) on Wednesday 16 September. The service will also have new opening hours after this. Going forward, the service office, the telephone service and the chat service will serve customers from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 6 pm and on Saturdays between 10 am and 3 pm.


Monitori Market Square is a place where you will find all of the most important City services and Kela customer services under one roof

Monitori Market Square offers versatile, multi-channel services. Customers will be able to receive face to face guidance and advice both with and without an appointment. Telephone and chat services as well as other electronic service channels serve customers with opening hours that are more flexible than before.
At Monitori, customers also have access to twenty or so customer terminals that can be used for using e-services online. Monitori staff will also help customers with using digital services.
There are many services at Monitori Market Square in addition to Föli services, such as Turku City Theatre ticket sales, services related to parking, guidance and advice services for elderly people, tourist information and the multilingual information point Infotori. Kela’s customer service point on Eerikinkatu will also move to Monitori Market Square.
