Service and loading points

Public Transport Service Office's opening hours: Monday to Friday 8 am - 6 pm, Saturdays 9 am - 2 pm. Föli's telephone service is available on weekdays from 8 am to 3 pm and Saturdays from 9 am to 2 pm.

Lost property and lost cards

If you lose your travel card, please contact the Public Transport Service Office.

You can ask for information about belongings left on the local traffic buses at the Suomen löytötavarapalvelu.

If your feedback concerns something that has happened while you were travelling on a bus, write the date and time of the occurrence, the number of the bus line and the direction you were going to the feedback.
